Hello There!I am a project leader with a strong foundation in operational excellence, safety focused execution, and large-scale program delivery. During my time at Amazon, I supported complex initiatives within Global Engineering Services, including the launch of the largest Amazon Robotics facility on the West Coast. I’ve managed cross-functional teams, delivered high-impact projects under demanding timelines, and kept safety and team development at the center of every decision.My career began as an Area Manager in Southern California, where I gained experience leading frontline teams through rapid change. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across diverse stakeholder groups, strengthen operational processes, and support teams through growth, ambiguity, and new technology integration. These experiences shaped my passion for change management, building environments where people feel informed, prepared, and supported.I’ve recently begun a new chapter as a Change Manager with LA28, supporting the planning and delivery of the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
