Founded in 2017 by ex-Tesla engineer Sean Hsu, Botrista has been enabling foodservice partners to serve profitable, trending beverages without any added complexity. Born from a need to solve the issues facing the restaurant industry and evolved to solve issues facing the drinks world the 360-degree beverage platform by Botrista is the much-needed answer to offering thousands of exciting beverages at the touch of a button. By using intelligent AI and data-based decision making, the Botrista team can curate beverage menus to cater to any specific demographic, cuisine and flavor profile. In 4Q25, extended n=11 full-time Offers with an Offer Acceptance Rate (OAR) of 91%, for Sales, R&D, Operations, Account Management, and Supply Chain, in multiple US territories (e.g, NYC, Miami, Chicago, SF), across levels (VP, Director, IC). Successfully built and implemented the Botrista Talent Pipeline program, for keeping in touch with exceptional previously screened candidates. This program began to yield re-engaged candidates as soon as a few weeks after launch. Revamped Botrista Employee Referral program and interviewed multiple referrals, for live roles. Built internal Talent infrastructure for Botrista Leadership (e.g, Headcount Requests, Offer Approval, Automated Reference Process). Report on Talent progress and key metrics to Botrista stakeholders (30+ attendees), including C-Suite and Leadership, 2x per week. Designed and own the Botrista Close the Loop candidate feedback program.
