I constructed a project management process for the L&D commercial and manufacturing divisions. While integrating and designed a PowerBi Dashboard to automatically put together all KPI for the department. To ensure project integrity within the portfolio I ensured that all projects met strategic priorities from a Division and Department perspective. While launching the process to the manufacturing division I also streamlined their escalation process removing 4 tools previously used to 1 simple dashboard showing all escalations. All division and region launches were supported with strong change management support including but not limited to office hours, training sessions, videos & job aid.
