Executed a $75 million 0% loan with the USDA to facilitate on-bill financing for our utility members’ customers.• Oversee debt management and administration for $3 billion debt portfolio and ensure timely delivery of compliance materials and preparation of ratio forecasts.• Provide timely updates to all three rating agencies and relationship banks resulting in stabilized ratings.
