ABOUT DANIELLE HARRIS
Survived over 8 years in the recruitment industry- learnt a lot, met some fantastic people and enjoyed the rollercoaster where I successfully worked my way from a Trainee to an Area Manager. I then joined Vestas as Team Leader, Early Recruitment where I was responsible for daily management and coordination of early recruitment. This provided me with the satisfaction of supporting new technicians into the business, then facilitating their training and experience to enable them to flourish as their home service site commenced. I then took on a new opportunity as Resource Manager, External Resource Management where I worked closely with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure effective delivery to vestas projects and sites within the NCE service region. After recently returning from maternity leave, I am heading up our Early Recruitment department as Resource Manager, utilising my previous experience to date to help expand the department and support the business growth with the aim of ensuring that our future sites are operationally ready though effective and efficient training and exposure.
