I am a natural project manager and consultant - I am able to take a step back and look at the whole-picture of a situation and ask \"does this make sense?\"​ From there, I see the steps necessary to make things work more efficiently and effectively. A colleague once praised my ability for \"independent thought.\"​My key traits are that I am analytical, pragmatic, and creative. I am prepared to lead if others aren\'t up to the task. I have found the opportunity to apply these skills professionally when consulting at clients\' offices and implementing their programs. My steps for tackling projects include analyzing the end goal and breaking down the process into smaller, measurable processes.I actually enjoy streamlining processes and documenting best practices for existing and upcoming projects. I feel very comfortable giving presentations and have done so for groups of 250+. My manager once said I have a \"professional prowess\" when communicating.
