Natural gas systems integrity analyst with 20 years of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) experience, over 15 years natural gas industry experience. and nearly 10 years project management experience. Certified as a GIS Professional (GISP), technical certification as an ArcGIS Desktop Professional, and holds certificates in natural gas regulations & GIS. Awarded a bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in geology, applied associate degree in SQL Server, and an MBA with an Analytics concentration. Also a Chief Warrant Officer in the Georgia State Defense Force, providing geospatial analysis and emergency services support for the Georgia Department of Defense and Georgia National Guard.

   Extensive use of Excel, Power Pivot/Query/BI, ArcGIS, & SQL Server.* Project lead for a replacement project, overseeing an inspector & field crew.(see below)* In charge of natural gas distribution regulatory reporting and analytics.* Responsible for implementing systems integrations and enhancements.* Experience using Hyperion, PeopleSoft, and Oracle to track budgets.* Built a smartphone data collection app & dashboard using Survey123.* Developed emergency management maps & tools (PDF & Web-based).* Member (since 2011) of Distribution Integrity Management Program (DIMP).* Promoted to Senior Analyst in 2022.Since 2016, responsible for managing a $1.2 million annual budget that replaces Plexco/Celcon service tee caps, which is a legacy component of natural gas service lines that has a tendency to fail after 20 years in the ground if it was installed incorrectly. I act as the program manager, which includes the below responsibilities:• Training and supervision of a new third party field inspector each year. o This includes detailed instruction on the steps that the pipeline contractor the inspector will observe needs to conduct to safely replace the service tee caps and how to use the GPS and data collection equipment I set-up for the program.• Creating bid packages containing areas for a pipeline contractor to work• Generating and maintaining a clear Scope of Work for the pipeline contractor • Negotiating interpretations of and changes to the Scope of Work per feedback from the pipeline contractor• Maintaining financial tracking of all expenses and submitting monthly accruals and budget forecasts• Tracking progress of the program via PowerBI and Excel• Presenting aspects of the program to upper management in order to substantiate the continued need for the program.
