As an avid problem solver, I have always enjoyed finding solutions to make things easier. I have taken this love of problem-solving into both of my businesses. I used my love of business development and problem-solving superpowers to create a Luxury Balloon Decor Company, NOLA Party Boutique. I was able to take my small business from a hobby to a successful business primarily serving corporate accounts. After seeing the challenges being faced by other creative professionals who loved their art but struggled with the business, I decided that I wanted to help creative small business owners to play big! WorkFlow was founded to provide business education, coaching, and solutions to help make business development easy and understandable. But my biggest goal is to get entrepreneurs into ACTION so they can see results! I love seeing my clients go from confusion to understanding to implementation. It is amazing to see them enjoy their businesses again. I host a podcast, Profits in Pajamas, where I talk about working with ease while running a successful business. My goal is to help my listeners find their work/life balance so that they can enjoy their businesses and their lives.Public speaking was a natural progression to sharing my tips, tools, and insight on business, systems, emotional navigation, and working with ease.
