For 15+ years I\'ve helped companies around the world scale smart and sustainably. I’ve led strategy and execution across all things people—talent acquisition, DEIB, onboarding, employer branding, employee engagement, and L&D—within both fast-paced B2B SaaS startups and large omni-channel retail organizations.I’ve worked with iconic brands like Victoria’s Secret, leading high-volume hiring in the fast-paced world of fashion retail, and with hyper-growth startups like Yotpo, where my team led global hiring as the company grew to a $1.2B valuation.In 2023, I launched Celeste, a recruiting consultancy built to help founders create strong hiring foundations. I partner closely with leaders to find the right people and processes that balance quality, budget, and long-term growth.Outside of work, I’m passionate about giving back and building stronger communities.
