Acquisition from Vanarama to Autotrader. • Working in a fast paced environment• Taken inbound calls• Making outbound calls• Liaising with third party companies• Building relationships with our third party companies and customers• Admin tasks - sending emails, working through spreadsheets, completing hire vehicle requests, taken payments from customers, requesting refunds with our accounts team. • Supporting my colleagues either within my department or others within the company • Attending team or business meetings • Being apart of our People Panel team - bringing mine and my colleagues ideas, working through business changes, etc.• Using my knowledge from my role to create documents to support my team and other departments within the business• Training new starters to the business and teaching them about the job role of call handling. This also includes my colleagues from other departments within the businessIn January 2024 I was approached and asked to become the Comms Facilitator for the Networks and Guilds Make a Difference team. This has been an amazing step within the company and the team are such a pleasure to work with. As a Comms Facilitator I do this along side my business as usual role. I create comms following a brief I am sent. This is usually for either email or slack, depending on the comms we are looking to deliver to the business. One time I created a presentation for a business update. During my time as a Comms Facilitator I\'ve met many amazing colleagues in our London and Manchester offices. I\'ve really worked on getting my name out within Autotrader. Taken the time to learn new skills and a couple of new systems.
