Over the past 9+ years, I’ve scaled TLAG into a global platform through strategic content, brand partnerships, e-commerce, and immersive experiences including retreats, workshops, online coaching, and a B2C SaaS digital fitness app a marketer and creator with deep roots in the wellness industry, I specialize in brand storytelling, influencer marketing, and campaign execution across social, email, paid media, and OTT platforms.
