ABOUT DANIELLE CAESAR-GORDON

I love what I do. Each day I have the opportunity to devise and bring to life communications programs that educate and inspire people. In my current role, I’m driving strategic business communications for TikTok Shop in Europe. Up until late 2023, I led communications for Google Cloud in EMEA. In my past roles at Vodafone Business and SAP, I drove global communications and analyst relations for their business and cloud divisions. When I was part of the comms team at LinkedIn, I drove global PR programs to reach both consumer and B2B audiences and focused on making our team more efficient and effective in their daily work. In my time at LinkedIn, I\'m most proud of global program Bring In Your Parents Day. This program was created by our comms team when we realised just how many of our parents had no idea what we do at work. The program is universal and has inspired professionals around the world to share with and learn from their parents. It already has one award under its belt but most importantly it\'s helping people find greater success by tapping into their parents\' knowledge base. At LinkedIn I had the chance to travel and meet members in more than 10 countries, to train thousands of journalists on how to leverage our platform, to speak to university students at dozens of schools on how to find their dream career and to work with an incredible team along the way. What you should know about me: I get a rush from public speaking, I\'m passionate about process (when it makes our lives easier), I like brainstorming but I like getting stuff done even more and I\'m an unabashed fan of all things sci-fi (but Star Wars most of all).
