Done properly, it protects the people who live and work in these buildings. My focus has always been on delivering programmes that genuinely reduce risk rather than simply ticking regulatory boxes.Alongside my role at LFS, I also serve as a Director of The Safety Net Foundation, a social enterprise supporting individuals from under-represented backgrounds into careers in health, safety and the built environment.For me, both roles are connected by the same goal: raising standards in our sector while helping develop the next generation of professionals who will continue improving it.
