About Danielle Bednarczyk

My experiences in business, mathematics, analysis, customer service, testing, and programming have shaped my career as a data scientist, and I am thrilled to build solutions that draw upon all of them. I am dedicated to enhancing my skills in classification, natural language processing, predictive analysis, and data management, and continuing to develop business applications that do what they need to do, and do it well.My management experiences have involved both developing and improving processes. These include automating syndicated data extractions, engineering machine learning algorithms for custom hierarchical classification, data mining unstructured product descriptions and using natural language processing and clustering to classify and merge with known UPCs, automating sales tax filings, developing a faster silk-screening process, improving quality in a beverage assembly line, and developing effective employee and customer training programs. I have extensive experience in customer service, sales, and training, enjoy translating complex numbers and processes into \"normal human speak,\"​ and connecting with people to help them on an individual level. I have worked in a mixture of start ups and large corporations, and am committed to supporting local and small businesses. I have experience using Java, SQL, Python, R, C, SSIS, Excel, PowerPivot, PowerBI, and propriety software for exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, script/application development, machine learning and algorithm development, ETL, reporting, and data visualization. My next goal is to explore deep learning and text detection.People and ideas make businesses, and I am always eager to connect with people and explore ideas.
