In my last role I was in Talent Acquisition as a Sourcing Leader within the Talent Accelerator program at Meta. The Talent Accelerator program is developing the next generation of sourcer through a program designed to take someone with no Talent Acquisition experience and transform them into a Technical Sourcer. I am a results oriented human resources leader with advanced skills consulting with senior business leaders and managing high level employee relations issues. I have proven expertise in recruiting, talent program management and collaborating with high performing teams.
