I began my journey with Grade A Recruitment in 2018 within the resourcing and compliance team, where I built a strong foundation and developed a deep understanding of the education sector. From there, I progressed rapidly through the business, moving into Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, and Senior Principal Consultant roles. I specialise in secondary education recruitment and have recently been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager—a milestone I am incredibly proud of.As a specialist within the secondary division, I know my clients and candidates inside out and pride myself on being consistently available and dependable. I thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment and am passionate about matching exceptional educators with schools where they can genuinely make a difference.At Grade A Recruitment, our values are demonstrated through action, not just words.
