I lead a team of Customer Value Managers (CVMs), working with them to develop fruitful, long-term relationships with Acquia\'s Customer Data Platform (CDP) customers. I support the CVMs to connect with vital business executives and stakeholders, helping them to understand their business needs and objectives, and developing plans to guide them through their Acquia journey.I work with the CVM team to drive adoption, retention and customer loyalty by leveraging our understanding of CDP best practices and awareness of our clients\' business requirements. I serve as an advocate for our customer\'s needs, undertaking initiatives to improve our Marketing Cloud through active collaboration with other leaders. Our mission is to ensure customers maximize the value gained from their investment and partnership with Acquia.
