I’m passionate about building and scaling mission-driven healthcare companies that transform access to care while building culture. At InStride Health, I serve as SVP of People, where I help oversee culture, talent, manager and leadership development, and organizational design to support our impact.InStride Health is an insurance-based, specialty provider delivering life-changing anxiety and OCD care for kids, teens, young adults, and their families. Our evidence-based model integrates psychiatry, exposure therapy, family support, and digital tools—designed to deliver durable outcomes at scale. We’ve grown into a multi-state provider with strong clinical results, value-based partnerships, and backing from top healthcare investors including General Catalyst, Valtruis/WCAS.406 Ventures, and Mass General Brigham Ventures.I originally joined InStride as Chief of Staff, leading strategic initiatives across people, growth, finance, and investor relations. Before that, I built and scaled venture- and private equity-backed healthcare companies at Oxeon Partners, working with industry leaders such as Cityblock, Eleanor Health, Alignment Healthcare, and Strive Health. I also helped co-found and launch Hopscotch Health, a de novo advanced primary care provider for rural communities.Throughout my career, I’ve focused on unlocking potential—of people, teams, and companies. From helping oversee Oxeon’s Break Into the Boardroom program (in partnership with Deerfield Management and Welsh Carson) to fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures at InStride, I’ve seen firsthand how mission, impact, and talent fuel transformative growth.
