About Danielle Traylor
I’ve spent the last several years recruiting senior technology talent and partnering closely with engineering and technology leaders to build strong teams.Most of my work focuses on hiring across enterprise technology organizations — including architecture, cybersecurity, and platform teams. I enjoy the challenge of hard-to-fill roles and spend a lot of time sourcing and building relationships with technical talent that isn’t actively on the market.In my current role at Wells Fargo, I partner with CIOs, executives, and HR leaders on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and understanding how the technical talent market is evolving.
