About Danielle Soens

I am a very self motivated individual, I excel in organization and the completion of tasks, product development, testing and projects from bench samples to production. I currently work with numerous departments with in my company, scheduling test runs, meetings and brainstorming in order to incorporate the customer\'s needs as well as our company\'s. I also love to come up with new formulas when given the time. I enjoy attending seminars and conferences to spike my creative side as well as meet new people and increase my knowledge base. In the future I would like to stay in the Research and Development field, moving up and learning more about how to do the best job for whichever company I am working for.
