Project Risk Coordinator for a portfolio of Decommissioning Projects including facilitation of monthly risk meetings and management of risks in EasyRisk to provide effective and efficient project risk analysis and escalation of risks as appropriate. • Working with the Senior Project Services Engineers to coordinate monthly reporting to senior management and key stakeholders. • Coordination and facilitation of monthly townhalls to an audience of 80+, which includes supporting project managers in ensuring relevant project updates are recorded and presented to the team including diversity & inclusion topics, safety moments, lessons learned and collating employee recognition. • Responsible for updating and maintaining the project people plan, organisation chart, roles & responsibilities, development plan, training matrix for all personnel within the Decommissioning Portfolio. In addition, I ensure the onboarding and offboarding process is carried out efficiently while showing a care for people during the transition into the team. • Within our team one of our key focuses is wellbeing of the team, I chair the wellness programme which includes monthly newsletters, bi-monthly wellbeing events including first aid / defibrillator training, health checks provided by health team, police talks and other team building events. • An active member of employee networks within the Project & Engineering community including attending bi-weekly meetings to ensure collaboration across the project network (UK, Norway & India). • I have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively and a proven track record of establishing relationships and networks at all levels. I am confidently capable of recommending modifications to existing procedures, systems, and methods of operation.
