Danielle is a passionate and compassionate proven professional that comes with over a decade of experience in addictions, and human services. Throughout her career she has specialized in the new formation or re-envisioning of facilities treating substance use and mental health disorders. Danielle is seasoned at building ethical, and supportive teams across departments and companies with a focus on staff development, leadership, compliance, and healthy team culture with un-compromising integrity. In addition to being the CEO of SoCal Detox Danielle is also a Collaborative Courts Liaison for Orange County’s Drug Court, DUI Court, and Veterans Treatment Court. Danielle works closely with Orange County’s agencies in providing resources, education, and mentoring to the high risk, high needs populations they serve. Danielle is a highly effective bridge between the population she\'s passionate about and the criminal justice system. Her fearless advocacy and strong voice has led her to being a national key note speaker for the National Drug Court Institute, National Assoc of Drug Court Professionals, and various law enforcement agencies. In 2023 Danielle was appointed to the CA Behavioral Health Planning Counsel making recommendations on legislation, state wide funding, policy, and services. Most recently Danielle was appointed as the newest member of the OC Behavioral Health Advisory Board in 2024.
