Currently leading the Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund, I am committed to our mission of supporting families navigating medical challenges. My role involves aligning our strategic goals with the organization\'s culture, ensuring we bring diverse experiences and perspectives to the forefront of our community service. Since taking on the Executive Director position in July 2022, I have focused on maintaining oversight and implementing our strategic goals, which include vital fundraising initiatives and program development. My previous experience as Program Director at the same organization allowed me to establish a strong foundation in managing funding sources and coordinating events that directly benefit the families we serve, leveraging my skills in public relations and organizational management to make a meaningful impact.
