ABOUT DANIELLE SCHWARTZ
I am currently working as the Director of Guest Relations at The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. I am a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Hospitality Business Management Major and a minor in Event Management and Spa & Wellness Management. Post-grad, I received my certificate in Hotel Investment and Asset Management with Cornell University. I have previous experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City, The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara, The Westin New York at Times Square, and The Mansion on O street and absolutely loved all of my opportunities. I enjoy customer service and creating the perfect guest experience. I love building connections, being on my feet, meeting new people, learning new things, working in many different areas, and finding new challenges.
