About Danielle Schulz
I can still do pliés, but these days I help teams connect, breathe, and move. After 10 years dancing at the Metropolitan Opera and touring to more than 50 countries, I\'ve learned that people thrive when they blend movement, mindfulness, and creativity to share meaningful experiences together.I founded The Triangle Sessions to create programs where professionals leave feeling more alive AND more connected to each other and their work. Since then, I\'ve partnered with Google, Meta, Deloitte, and 100+ other companies, reaching more than professionals across the country. My approach is rooted in evidence and experience: I\'m a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200, Yoga Vida) and certified nutrition counselor (AFPA), bringing both professional training and a decade of high-performance experience to every session. I combine what I learned about sustainable excellence on stage with research-backed wellness practices that actually work in real workplaces. For me, wellness means three things- Camaraderie: shared experiences that strengthen relationships- High Performance: practices that boost focus, recovery, and resilience- Personal Well-Being: tools for feeling healthier and more fulfilled every dayNow based in Charlotte, we partner with companies who want to make wellness a cornerstone of their workplace. Who I Work With:Companies with 50-500 employees who want to:→ Reduce burnout and improve retention→ Strengthen culture across remote, hybrid, and in-person teams→ Make wellness strategic, not transactional→ Create experiences employees actually enjoyWhat I know for sure is this: when people move, breathe, and connect, they show up as their best selves in their work, their teams, and their lives. Curious what that could look like for your team? Let\'s connect.
