Health & Safety Advisor for both Staffed & Autonomous Mining operations and Projects & Common Services- Implement & advise on Contractor Management - Mentor leadership & support compliance to H&S programs, standards, and critical controls to SIF and MIH hazards- Support H&S and project teams in interpretation & implementation of Human and Organizational Performance (HOP)- Interpret and apply EHS regulations that govern activities, products and services performed to assist leaders in ensuring due diligence- Enablon Incident Management. Assist, monitor, and audit events to ensure Suncor Energy Inc. standards are followed- Conduct event investigations, facilitate TapRoot/ Root Cause Analysis, Causal Reasoning Analysis investigations and coach incident owners in assigning of SMART corrective actions- Identify, analyze & interpret trends, hazard ID’s, and events to develop & present reports- Establish priorities and performance targets- Perform field verification audits, safety observations & inspections
