As part of the Tesco Retail Media team, I work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment between our vision and strategy, providing clear direction for the team. My primary focus has been on building a permanent product design team and transitioning away from contractor-based roles. I’m responsible for optimising processes and preparing my team of 12 for upcoming changes. My team is made up of designers, user researchers, content writers and design system experts.
