With over 10 years of experience in the education sector, I am passionate about developing and empowering talent, fostering collaboration, and advancing equity and excellence in public schools. As the Managing Director of Talent Development at Breakthrough Public Schools, I lead the strategic vision and implementation of staff development initiatives across the network of high-performing charter schools in Cleveland, Ohio.In my current role, I collaborate with senior leadership to establish and expand staff development strategy, evolve succession planning processes for key positions, and align talent practices with network goals and culture. I also leverage my skills in non-profit leadership, strategic collaboration, and talent development to serve as an active member and former President of the Junior League of Cleveland, a women\'s organization committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community.
