Over the course of my career, I have held positions that combined my passion for building thriving health and fitness communities along with my business management, digital marketing, and team leadership skills. My most recent role was that of AR Regional Fitness for Orangetheory Fitness in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I supported 21 Orangetheory franchisee locations and teams in improving studio sales and fitness operations. I also helped foster a positive culture of support for franchisees to help them grow and build their teams and businesses. In addition, I spearheaded extensive certification trainings to help certify over 100 Fitness Coaches for 39 Orangetheory Fitness franchises throughout the region. Prior to becoming an AR, I was the Head Trainer at Orangetheory Fitness in Attleboro, MA where I oversaw the development of all fitness coaches, and played a significant role in driving business growth and customer retention strategies for the Orangetheory Fitness franchise location.I had previously owned and operated a successful fitness studio in Bristol, RI, named Fitness Fusion, for nearly 6 years. Entrepreneurship significantly broadens my knowledge of all aspects of business management and operations such as hiring, scheduling, facilities management, finance and accounting, payroll, taxation, staff training, branding, and social media marketing. I have carried those skills with me to all of my management roles.I believe that the key driver of my success is my natural ability to build meaningful relationships with team members, executive teams, and clients. I became a fitness instructor and personal trainer years ago because I immensely enjoy helping others reach ambitious goals and playing a role in that process. Whether I’m helping lead and develop coaches, or consulting with owners and managers to help leverage their operations, it is known that I am invested in helping business leaders grow!I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Boston University and love to write, whether for website content, social media posts, and/or internal communications.
