Emergency Services Network (ESN)will replace the current communication service provided by Airwave through utilising the latest mobile technology in 4G and LTE. ESN will ensure the functionality, coverage, security and availability needs of the UK’s emergency services are fully met. I manage the project within Cheshire constabulary as part of the North West Region which is currently the first region identified to transition. I am responsible for managing the budget, risk and quality of the project and work collaboratively with a number of internal and external stakeholders both locally and nationally. Cheshire is the host force for the region and additionally the lead force for a number of elements of the project.
