   Leads Divine Savior Holy Angels (DSHA) High School’s efforts to provide an integrated program that generates goodwill, visibility and financial support for the school’s mission and enhances the life-long relationship between the school and the alumnae• Works with the VP of Marketing & Communications to plan an effective and on-going communications plan for the alumnae of Holy Angels Academy, Divine Savior High School, and DSHA High School• Writes, edits and delivers a monthly electronic newsletter for all alumnae• Assists with the identification of effective messages for a wide variety of communication channels: written, Word magazine, website, eBlasts, social media • Works with the Development Team to broaden participation and increase contributions to the Annual Fund, by and from alumnae• Plans and oversees the execution of Alumnae Weekend – includes recruiting and managing class reunion planners and facilitation of the class reunion planning process, planning multiple events, creating a detailed communication and promotion plan, and work with advancement staff• Identify and coordinate three Alumnae of the year awards, young alumna, alumna of the year, and Jubilarian of the year• Works with the Director of Annual Fund to facilitate and execute Dasher Day of Giving• Develops, guides and supports the creation and work of the Alumnae Board • Works closely with Medalist families to foster their relationship with DSHA by hosting programs and events designed for them
