About Danielle Puleo

I graduated from the Ithaca College School of Business Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Administration in 2014. Following graduation, I began my career at Chubb Insurance working on a team responsible for digital, knowledge management, marketing and communications projects related to Chubb’s claim service and offerings. My major responsibilities included managing internal and external web content, moderating and curating content for the company’s internal social media platform, writing and developing marketing collateral, and analyzing customer, application and website data. My major accomplishments in this role include overhauling and redesigning the claims company website, developing a data analytics marketing tool to increase a salesperson’s ability to recognize and follow through on cross-sell opportunities and creating and managing the internal social media site with the highest levels of engagement.In January 2016, I began working as a Global Claims Business Analyst for Chubb Insurance on the Technology and Operations Optimization Team, which provides oversight, coordination and direction on key global projects that involve operating model design, process improvement, and Claims IT development and integration. In this role, I am responsible for coordinating with a cross-discipline team of business partners to research critical business issues and develop strategic business cases and requirements. Currently, I am working on several initiatives, including consolidating the legacy company core claims systems, developing a new claim customer satisfaction survey approach, coordinating the rebranding of all claim systems, applications and correspondence, and defining a go-forward strategic approach for the claims intranet site and content.
