ABOUT DANIELLE PELLETIER

I am an experienced and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Speech-Language Pathologist whose goal is to make a positive impact in the lives of autistic individuals. I founded VIVA Therapeutic Services more than 15 years ago to provide direct supports to autistic individuals via consultation, specialized programs, excellence in internal and external training, and mentoring. People who know me well will tell you I never settle for status quo! I firmly believe in delivering high quality, evidence-based behavioural therapy services that are rooted in the latest research. I strive to create an environment where communication, empathy and collaboration are emphasized; where families feel heard, valued, and involved in the therapy process. I truly care about the wellbeing and safety of our learners. As part of our commitment to stay current and responsive to the needs of the autistic community, our VIVA team has learned from experts in the field and have implemented trauma assumed practices company wide. I am extremely proud of my team and their openness to always do better! Although I have always been passionate about clinical work, I have also recognized the importance of leadership and organizational management. Over the past five years, VIVA Therapeutic Services has experienced rapid growth, expanding to +350 employees and providing services to over 700 learners and their families. To facilitate this growth, I have prioritized developing clear strategy, streamlining operations, and building a dedicated team that is open to continuous learning and adaptability.
