About Danielle Palmer
Sometimes the business highway is perfectly paved, and you are driving along at speeds over 120mph. Then again if you are facing a foot of snow on that same road one needs to operate differently. I am not afraid to stop, reevaluate the conditions and personally put on the tire chains to push through the storm! Hopefully a nice visualization, more critically I view it as the key to my professional success. The willingness to provide hands on leadership in each of my roles has allowed me to continue to advance and explore new opportunities in the contingent staffing industry. I love being a part of a team whose mission is finding great people and helping them change their trajectory in life. From a staffing specialist to a multi-unit Market Manager I have been involved in growing my business profitability by relying on Servant Leadership principles. Putting people first is not just a motto on the wall for me. It is only with and through people have I been able to achieve success. Outside of my professional work, I make time to create and design hand-made crafts which feeds my creative personality. Community involvement through volunteering help me to stay grounded and to give back to those in need.
