I am honored to have accepted the position of Vice President for the board of Old School Farm, a fantastic non-profit organization. Being chosen for this role is a tremendous opportunity for me to contribute to a cause that I am truly passionate about. Old School Farm\'s commitment to sustainable farming practices, community engagement, and promoting access to fresh, healthy food aligns perfectly with my values. Old School farm employs adults with disabilities to grow, harvest and deliver fresh produce to food pantries in Tennessee. I am beyond excited to work alongside such a dedicated team of individuals who share a common goal of making a positive impact in our community. Together, we will continue to support and grow Old School Farm\'s mission, ensuring that everyone has access to locally sourced, nutritious food. Old School Farm is a 10 year nonprofit care farm focused on uplifting our community. We employ adults with disabilities to grow, harvest, and deliver fresh produce to food deserts in Tennessee. At Old School Farm, we offer supportive, competitive employment to adults with disabilities. We believe that all individuals deserve opportunities to grow their skills through meaningful employment, and to become an active part of their community. The more we can support our farmers and bring in funds for the supplies we need, the more we can grow and distribute healthy, fresh produce to those who need.
