ABOUT DANI PADILLA

With over 11 years of work experience in the soccer industry, I am a passionate and dedicated coach, program director, and team finance manager at Tennessee Soccer Club. My mission is to provide a positive and fun environment for young players to develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. I also strive to support the club\'s financial operations and ensure team support staff are set up for success. As the Pre Academy Director, I oversee the U6/U7 program that serves as a steppingstone into the world of travel soccer. I design and implement the curriculum, train and mentor the coaches, communicate and coordinate with the parents, and manage the logistics of the program. I use my customer service skills to foster strong relationships with the players, families, and staff, and to provide a high-quality service that meets their needs and expectations. Additionally, I leverage my business background and skills to handle the team finance manager role, where I manage all team accounts under the Tennessee Soccer Club umbrella and ensure team treachers are supported in their role.
