I discovered my passion for training and development during my 6-year tenure in the Air Force. Initially, I worked in Information Technology and later transitioned to communications, where I collaborated with Microsoft Software and played a key role in developing the base SharePoint site.After separating from the Air Force, I took a brief hiatus to care for my children before reentering the workforce. In 2013, I joined The Reserves Network as a recruiter and found immense satisfaction in learning about the industry and connecting talented individuals with suitable employment opportunities.Eventually, I seized the chance to transition into our training department, a role that has brought me immense fulfillment. Assisting our teams in acquiring new skills and enhancing their efficiency has been a source of great joy for me. I have always been passionate about technology and development, constantly engaging in learning and troubleshooting endeavors.During my leisure time, I find solace in reading and cherishing moments with my family. I firmly believe in the power of continuous learning and personal growth, consistently seeking fresh avenues to expand my knowledge and skill set.
