My career in healthcare is grounded in the pursuit to improve the lives of those living with chronic and acute conditions. While the goal sounds lofty, the path is simple, by building relationships with patient and professional organizations, I uncover unique aspects to the journey and collaborate to support, educate, and remove obstacles that prohibit access to novel treatments.Working for a startup biotech now in late-stage clinical development has afforded me with the opportunity to gain expertise across disciplines and therapeutic areas. Success within this environment often requires versatility, intellectual curiosity, problem-solving, and being able to see the broader picture, all skills I excel at. Working in partnership with colleagues and challenging each other to deliver meaningful solutions is all in a day’s work and is critical to our success as individuals and as an organization. I am passionate about collecting insights learned, presenting to senior leadership, and developing actionable campaigns on business-critical issues. My peers recognize my eagerness to roll up my sleeves and approach challenges with a fresh eye. In my prior career, I gained firsthand experience in compliance and governance in a highly regulated industry and now utilize many of those learned skills in the pharmaceutical world.In my spare time, I enjoy yoga, Pilates, hiking and baking a nice loaf of sourdough…that is when I’m not cheering on my son at a baseball game, listening to my daughter practice piano or getting lost in a good book.Contact: d••••••••@gmail.com
