ABOUT DANIELLE WOODS

Danielle has been with Navy Federal since 2019 holding various HR roles. She was nominated for the Aspiring Leaders Program in 2021 which brought her to the HR Learning and Talent Development Team. This gave her the opportunity to lead the Talent Optimization Pipeline (TOP) Program. Most recently, she has served as an Organizational Development Consultant collaborating with leaders across HR and ETS to implement innovative solutions that drive organizational effectiveness. Danielle has a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and recently graduated from the Leadership Pensacola (LeaP) Program. Prior to joining Navy Federal, her experiences included assessing organizational culture as well as creation and implementation of leader assessments, evaluation suites, training, and selection tools. She is passionate about improving the employee experience, building strong partnerships, and integrating diverse perspectives by listening and understanding our leaders and team members to provide holistic solutions. Danielle lives in Pensacola with her husband Adam and their two cats Nala and Bombay (who thinks he\'s a dog). In her free time, Danielle is actively involved in volunteering in the Pensacola community. She enjoys being active, spending time on the water, and catching up with family and friends.
