About Danielle Navarrete

I am a higher education professional with extensive experience in institutional research, data analysis, curriculum and office management, and business education. My career spans research analytics, departmental operations, and teaching—allowing me to bridge data-driven decision-making with practical, student-centered outcomes.Currently, I serve as a Department Support Supervisor at the University of Washington Tacoma, where I support faculty and department leadership through curriculum management, course scheduling, marketing materials, and operational coordination. Previously, as a Research Analyst at Auburn University, I worked with large institutional datasets to produce compliance reports for IPEDS, U.S. News, and state agencies, created dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik, and delivered research insights to internal and external stakeholders I also bring nearly a decade of experience from Columbus State University, where I supported assessment and accreditation efforts, consulted on SACSCOC initiatives, advised student organizations, assisted with budgeting and scholarships, and served as a teaching assistant for business law, data visualization, and professional development courses In addition to my staff roles, I am an Adjunct Instructor teaching Introduction to Business, Introduction to Information Systems, Leadership and Management Practices, and Operations Management in both in-person and online formats. I enjoy translating complex business, leadership, and data concepts into engaging, applied learning experiences for students I hold an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Food and Nutritional Science, and I am certified in Tableau (Author & Apprentice) and data visualization tools.
