Projects range from corporate offices, multi-family, health care clinics, warehouses, education, aviation, hospitality, restaurants, retail, etc-Develop Space Plans, Floor Plans, Finish Plans, RCP, Power & Data Plans, details, and elevations for CD\'s using Revit-Create presentations, renderings, and finish boards to present to clients-Select finishes, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures and appliances for interior spaces-Advise clients on selecting furniture, fixtures, finishes that complement their style and budget-Communicate and coordinate with Architect, clients, engineers, contractors and subcontractors-Visit job sites for field verification and observe progress of construction-Create and issue addendums, RFI and submittals for construction administration-Create and issue punch lists to contractor-Develop and issue MEP handoffs-Attend networking events-Record and issue meeting minutes for documentation-Communicate with representatives for finishes related to projects in regards to cost, lead time and ordering samples-Create and manage the material resource library-Build professional relationship with representatives to keep material resource library updated- Point of contact to all reps and vendors- Approval of new product introduction to library and office, and staying up to date on productsand manufacturers- Maintaining the vendor contact database
