For the past 10+ years, as a Business Development Manager, I have gained invaluable experience in procurement, analytics, vendor management, E-commerce logistics, sales, and project management. This expertise has allowed me to be knowledgeable in formulating and executing robust corporate process improvements, in cultivating and growing key client and supplier relationships, and in developing innovative, strategic processes to drive and positively impact organizational goals. A few of the achievements I have accomplished include: Oversaw and successfully managed over 80 vendor relationships, 25K Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), and over $175M in sales. Formed and maintained multiple supplier and client relationships while negotiating terms, pricing, and additional funding via networking opportunities and streamlining processes to create company-wide efficiencies. Led numerous ad-hoc projects while collaborating closely with and presenting to executive management on analysis of newly-acquired businesses, product lines, and specific customer/overall business findings. Established a division in E-commerce logistics and grew the department to eight times the budgeted sales goal provided for the year via robust process development driven by analysis and relationship-building. Achieved all budgeted inventory turns while successfully maintaining a higher or equal fill rate of 95% for L&R Distributors’ customers. Conceived and implemented multiple new system formulas to develop forecasts for company items, primarily based on fill rate and item analysis.
