ABOUT DANIELLE LITTLETON LARISH
I work with leaders who cannot afford to be wrong. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership, in environments where failure has real consequences for people, capital, and mission. I help organizations identify where value and human potential are quietly leaking, then design systems that hold under pressure. Most companies do not fail because of the market or competition. They fail from the inside. Skipped steps in strategy. Incentives that reward the wrong behavior. Systems & processes that break as soon as they moves from the slide deck to the front line. Communication that works in calm conditions but collapse under stress. That is where I am typically brought in.I work with executives, boards, founders, and investors when something feels fragile even if the numbers look “fine.” This often shows up during periods of growth, post-merger integration, product launches, leadership transitions, or moments when teams are burned out and trust is eroding. My role is to surface what is being missed and help leaders rebuild clarity, alignment, and durability before small cracks become systemic failure.Over the course of my career, I have supported more than $1.5B in enterprise growth across 14 different verticals, including defense and dual use technology, aviation, logistics, retail, and large scale services organizations. I have led and advised high stakes initiatives where speed mattered, but endurance mattered more.I am the Founder and CEO of Immersive Insights, where my work focuses on protecting people and value inside complex systems. I do not sell quick fixes, growth hacks, or generic playbooks. I design operating models, incentive structures, and communication systems that are built to perform when pressure rises. In addition to advisory work, I am a keynote speaker on leadership, wasted potential, and organizational endurance. My talks challenge the belief that speed is always the answer and equip leaders to take responsibility for the systems they steward and the people who live inside them.I am also actively involved with Punks & Pinstripes, GCH, and Chief, and regularly collaborate with leaders operating in high consequence environments. If you are a leader who feels the weight of responsibility for outcomes that extend beyond quarterly results, and you need systems that will not break when tested, we should talk.
