I am a commercially minded, qualified Solicitor that deals with a variety of legal issues for both individuals and businesses from litigation to contractual disputes, insolvency and debt related matters, consumer rights, possession disputes and negligence. Prior ExperienceWhilst at Slater & Gordon I acted as Senior In-House Legal Counsel at Slater and Gordon Lawyers advising primarily upon litigation, corporate, regulatory and contractual issues Before joining Slater and Gordon, I was part of the Senior Management Team at Kearns Solicitors (Kearns Legal Services Limited), leading a team in the Landlord & Tenant section of the Litigation Department. I also assisted the Debt Litigation Department.I acted as an Associate within Eversheds\' Financial Services Disputes & Investigations group (\'FSDI\'). I specialised in commercial litigation and financial recoveries. I advised upon debt recovery and insolvency law for a wide range of financial institutions and lenders. I also advised on allegations of enforceability of contract terms and credit agreements including disputes dealing with unfair relationships & misrepresentation.I have assisted financial lenders with recovery and securing of funds from individuals and companies. I also have advised financial institutions, companies, SME\'s and individuals on insolvency proceedings, recovery of monies from wayward directors and fraud claims.
