I oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions at Misses Kisses. I design and implement team and cross-department procedures and policies to promote Misses Kisses\' culture and vision, develop brand development strategies, manage inventories and quality control, and collaborate with management to carry out other business-expanding strategies.\\\\n\\\\nI also oversee Brand Protection, a role in which I investigate unauthorized uses of the Misses Kisses company\'s brand in the market or online, determining if it violates patent, copyright, or trademark laws, and working with attorneys and law enforcement to prosecute when necessary. I participate in online brand enforcement and anti-counterfeiting efforts.\\\\n\\\\n• Monitoring various websites to terminate infringing listings.\\\\n• Assisting attorneys and paralegals in preparing legal documents.\\\\n• Creating and maintaining reports, spreadsheets and databases.\\\\n• Supervising team and coordinating enforcement efforts.\\\\n• Handling correspondence from opposing parties.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
