I have extensive legal experience in the areas of commercial real estate finance and development transactions, not-for-profit law, affordable housing and construction law. Specifically, I represent home building companies, development firms, for profit and not for profit corporate entities with selling, acquiring or financing real estate projects, including but not limited to utilizing tax credit and non-traditional funding sources, and negotiating construction contracts, vendor and lease agreement. Additionally, I have experience representing limited equity cooperatives, private condominium and cooperatives boards on general real estate and corporate issues.In all of my employment positions, I have embraced a high level of responsibility and the requirement to adapt to changing agendas. As such, I have acquired exceptional organizational skills and a level of professional fluidity.
