As the Executive Director of Coated In Love, I oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of the organization, ensuring that we fulfill our mission to support individuals experiencing homelessness. I lead fundraising initiatives to secure financial resources, develop and implement impactful programs, and cultivate relationships with community partners and stakeholders. I manage a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages passion and commitment to our cause. In addition, I represent Coated In Love at community events, advocate for our mission, and ensure that our efforts align with the needs of the community we serve. Through effective leadership and a focus on our goals, I strive to create positive and lasting change in the lives of those we support.
