Senior Fellow of the HEA with over 25 years’ experience transforming blended, online, and distance learning across UK Higher Education. I specialise in inclusive curriculum design, digital pedagogy, reflective practice, academic identity, and SoTL. My work spans HE instructional design, curriculum design, PGCHE provision, teaching professional recognition routes, and funded educational enhancement projects.
