I’m the founder of THRIVE, a comprehensive training hub that empowers therapists to become game-changers in OCD and anxiety treatment. With over 16 years of mental health experience, I’m dedicated to providing therapists with the practical, evidence-based skills they need to make a meaningful impact in their clients’ lives.At THRIVE, we’re on a mission to help therapists become specialists in treating OCD with exposure and response prevention (ERP). We pride ourselves on creating courses catered to different learning styles and with an emphasis on retention of learning. We offer a range of resources including our 12-week course, continuing education course, blog and other free resources.
