I am a results-driven leader with 10+ years of experience in finance, digital transformation, and governance & controls. My career began in public accounting, where I provided audit and assurance services to multi-national organizations across various industries. In 2015, I joined Mars as an Internal Audit Manager, leading projects across all segments and regions. During this time, I played a pivotal role in shaping global trade expenditure controls, leveraging my subject matter expertise to enhance processes across the enterprise.I later transitioned to a key role in transforming Finance Shared Services, where I led the redesign of performance management processes, integrating business intelligence and analytics tools to monitor and report operational results. My leadership extended to driving strategic partner selections and spearheading the development of a Global Intercompany Team, which deployed an innovative Intercompany Digital Tool across North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific, creating Mars\' first global Intercompany governance structure.In my previous role, I partnered with Corporate Finance and Digital Technologies to deploy global technology platforms for Corporate Controllership, Internal Audit, FP & A, and Tax & Treasury. My team and I developed a tech strategy that helped to deliver significant efficiency gains and value creation within the functions.Currently, I report to the Corporate CIO and lead ERP transformation program governance, portfolio management, and strategy execution to ensure alignment between business priorities and organizational goals. I collaborate with senior leadership to optimize resources and deliver impactful outcomes for the enterprise.Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and volunteering with local organizations like Make-A-Wish Illinois. I live in Chicago with my husband, Andrew.
